The Temwa Summer 2025 Online Art Auction has just gone live! You are now invited to browse our exciting catalogue and place bids for the works you love. Together, we can raise vital funds and create sustainable change in the remote, rural north of Malawi where extreme poverty and climate change are a daily reality. Since Temwa was founded in 2003, we’ve curated numerous ‘Art for Africa’ auctions as we have strong links with some of the UK’s finest contemporary artists.
For 2025, we offer this wonderful new collection of artworks – from vibrant original canvases and limited-edition screen prints to unique etchings, pastels and sculptures.
All artworks in this catalogue have been donated free of charge by the artists, many of whom are established internationally, including Martin Parr CBE, one of Britain’s most celebrated and revolutionary documentary photographers, and Mr. Jago, a veteran of the Bristol graffiti scene and now one of the most colourful and expressive abstract artists in the UK today.
In addition, all auction costs have been waived by John Rolfe Auctions, a saleroom based in Tetbury, which has agreed to host our art auction online free of charge.
This means that every penny raised via this online art auction will go directly to supporting our life-changing work.
We’re proud of our achievements over the past 22 years in creating positive, sustainable change for people and the planet. You can find out more about our impact at the end of this catalogue. In the meantime, take a browse and find the perfect piece. Happy Bidding!
To bid, just click on any picture or Bid Now icon. You can place pre-bids at any time from NOW until Thursday 24th July at 7pm – that’s the time the live bidding starts and you can join the online auction action in real time until the finish.
