Get your adrenaline pumping with this unique mountain bike challenge!
When: Saturday 6th May 2017
Where: BikePark Wales, Merthyr Tydfil
Ideal for: intermediate riders and up
Entry fee: £25 paid on the day or £125 sponsorship pledge
Minimum age: anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
We’ve joined forces with BikePark Wales and World Championship silver medallist Laurie Greenland for a day on the trails with a difference – a spelling enduro!
Full info: everything you’ll need to know on the day
How it works
Take your pick from three levels of challenges: Blue, Red, and Black. For each level you’ll need to complete a specific selection of BikePark Wales’ trails, and collect a token at the end of each trail. Once you’ve collected all the tokens needed to spell the word, first one back to the centre wins a prize! Don’t forget that you’ll need to complete the routes under pedal power only – your route is totally up to you but you won’t be able to use the uplift service.
This challenge isn’t a traditional enduro race: we’ll record your overall time and position but you won’t get an exact time for each stage – the day is all about having fun and raising funds!
