TRAINING BEGINS: Wednesday 2nd October (see schedule below)
WHERE: Central Bristol
WHAT: 7 weeks of professional training; 1 live competition
AGE RESTRICTIONS: 18+ to participate
SPONSORSHIP TARGET: £600 (before Gift Aid)
REGISTRATION FEE: £50 early bird(early bird ends 31st July) / £70 standard
LIVE EVENT: Friday 15th November

A challenge like no other. You’ll receive seven weeks of professional training from Saeed Esmaeli, olympic coach and founder of Esmaeli Wrestling and ‘Wrestling for Humanity’. Beyond learning wrestling techniques and movement methods you’ll develop discipline, fitness, mindful flow, confidence and you’ll be part of an incredible team; supportive, social and fun.
At the end of training comes the epic live event. Overflowing with energy, here ensues a battle of Goodies vs. Baddies. This is where your creativity can spill out onto the wrestling mat, bringing characters to life and turning your newly refined techniques into performance worthy wrestling matches. A vibrant battle for the title of Rock N Rumble Champions of 2019.
At the core of it all is is the difference your fundraising will be making; you will be helping to empower people in remote communities in Malawi to tackle the root causes of poverty and transform their own futures.

Here’s a taste of what to expect!
Participants will be expected to attend two training sessions per week, starting from Wednesday 2nd October, until the live event on Friday 15th November.
Training takes place at the City Academy in Easton: Russell Town Ave, Bristol BS5 9JH
Wednesdays || 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Sundays || 2.30pm – 4.30pm

By taking part in the challenge each participant agrees to raise £600 (before Gift Aid) and reach 80% of this target before the live event.

You’ll receive one-to-one support from our fundraising team who are always happy to provide resources and answer any questions you may have in the lead up to, during and after the challenge.
