Temwa is raising invaluable funds for the communities we work with in Northern Malawi by running the lost & found services at a number of different festivals this summer.
If you have been in contact with our festivals team and confirmed that your item has been found and is ready to be returned, this is where you come to complete the process for reclaiming your lost item!
You will have been advised to make payment for the postage of a small item or large item, depending on what you lost.
There is the additional option of adding a £10 donation to your payment. The festival volunteers give their time so that funds raised from this service can go towards our projects. All donations make a real and direct impact to the lives of the people who we work with in Northern Malawi; £10 is the equivalent of providing a person with access to clean drinking water for 6 years, or planting 20 trees! Every pound goes a long way and we are truly grateful for any donations added to postage payments.

Temwa accepts no responsibility for the returned condition of your item, unfortunately, a lot of items are damaged when returned to us at a festival. Temwa accepts no liability for the loss of your item in the post, all packages are sent Royal Mail special delivery. Temwa accepts no liability for partial returns (such as items lost out of bags before being handed in) but will endeavour to return any matched items to you in our possession. Temwa reserves the right to dispose of items if they are unsuitable for return, or refused by the postal service.
